Application success at Blackfriars Street, Edinburgh

On 20th October Planning permission and Listed Building Consent was granted for the change of use and alterations to the previous Blackfriars Church at 17 - 21 Blackfriars Street, Edinburgh for use as café / restaurant and residential apartments.

Scott Hobbs Planning were instructed by Stone Acre Projects to implement a planning strategy for the mixed use proposal in Edinburgh's Old Town which has lain vacant for a number of years and registered as a Building at Risk by Historic Scotland.
