Application success for mixed use development in Dublin

Dublin City Council has issued its notification to grant consent for the mixed use (retail / café) development on a brownfield site in Dublin, which was project-managed by SHP.

Appeal success for innovative residential development in Edinburgh

Planning permission is to be granted for an innovative residential development involving the conversion of a Grade B Listed former Victorian school building at 154 Mcdonald Road, subject to the completion of a legal agreement. The successful appeal was made to the DPEA against the non-determination of the application by the City of Edinburgh Council.

SHP assists with LDF submissions

SHP project manages planning application for mixed use development in Dublin

SHP has project managed and coordinated the submission of a planning application to Dublin City Council for mixed use development (retail and café / restaurant) at Drimnagh, Dublin for Antcon Ltd.

The development will result in essential investment in this brownfield site, which has been vacant and derelict for a considerable period.

SHP secures PPP for mixed use development in Stirling

PPP secured SHP has secured planning permission in principle for a mixed use development in Stirling following an appeal to the Scottish Government’s Directorate of Planning and Environmental Appeals. 

The development will include up to 200 houses to be constructed by Barratt Homes West of Scotland, and approximately 2.4 hectares of retail, commercial and business land.  The appeal was granted following the failure of Stirling Council to determine the PPP application within the statutory four month period.
