On behalf of Drapery Property Northampton Limited, SHP has submitted an application for mixed-use development at 33-39 Drapery, Northampton. The proposed mixed-use development comprises a 201-bed purpose built student accommodation with ground floor retail space at a prominent site within the town centre. The proposal seeks to deliver a high-quality and sympathetic design and re-development of the site within the Conservation Area and in close proximity to multiple listed buildings. The proposal will ensure an appropriate and viable re-use of the site which is soon to become vacant.
